Worker Transition Campaigns Manager (4dpw) £36,824 per year
Platform’s North Sea Workers’ Transition project is building towards a managed phase-out of oil and gas extraction in the UK North Sea. We’re organising for an energy industry that protects the rights and livelihoods of the current oil and gas workforce and renewables workers and directs wealth back to communities, especially those impacted by industrial change.
As living conditions continue to decline, the climate crisis deepens, and the far right gain traction, we are looking for a motivated and creative campaigner to lead the next stage of the project. We will continue to work with oil and gas workers while also focussing on securing justice for workers in the renewables industry and communities locally and globally.
Deadline to apply: 3 September 2026

We’re looking for a digital media enthusiast who keeps up to date with content trends, enjoys making their own content and experiments with new techniques and approaches. You’ll be politically aligned with Platform’s aims, you’ll care deeply about social justice issues and you’ll be motivated to use new forms of media to create social change.
